1. Refund Policy

All purchases made on www.shwetadarya.com are for professional consulting services and are non-refundable.

Once a package has been purchased and payment has been confirmed:

• No refunds will be issued for change of mind, delay in client response, or partial use of the service.

• Refunds will not be provided for sessions missed without prior notice or late cancellations.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation or package engagement:

• You must notify us in writing within 3 calendar days of purchase to be eligible for a potential rescheduling or transfer of credit to another service.

• If work has already commenced (including strategy planning, research, or communication), cancellation will not be permitted.

Rescheduling options are offered subject to availability and at our discretion.

3. Delayed Start or Unresponsiveness

If you delay the start of a project or fail to respond within 14 days of our initial outreach, your package may be marked as inactive. No refunds or extensions will be issued for inactive or dormant projects unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Service Modifications

If you’d like to switch to another package after purchase, we may allow a one-time transfer of your payment value toward a different package of equal or higher value, within 7 days of purchase. This is subject to our approval and service availability.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or billing errors. These will be processed after verification and typically refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
